I've got a M-18 that is harder to shoot with a staged trigger pull than my other revolvers...

On the others, I can stage the trigger and have it stop moving just as the cylinder stop pops up, but on the M-18, the cylinder wants to stop moving just before the cylinder stop comes up.

I'd like to get rid of that early bump in the pull, so I can stage it more consistantly. I"m thinking maybe the balance between the trigger rebound spring and mainspring is off? The timing is ok.

Any ideas?

(yes, staging is a sort of bad habit, but I still do it sometimes to prep the trigger going from one target to the next)
