Any draw backs, issues, or potential pitfalls about using Flitz to clean up nickel guns? How about any tips or tricks from you guys that have used it before? Thanks.

I put it on with a soft tooth brush and take off with a soft wash cloth. Hope this help's.

With mine I use a terry cloth for both putting the flitz on and for buffing it out. The results are great.
