I'd like to suggest that there be a requirement with regard to the length of time someone has been a member and the number of times they have posted before being allowed to list items for sale or trade on the forum.

Perhaps 30 days and 10 posts?

This suggestion would help keep people like Fugate from registering under new names from getting immediate access to the classifieds. Require that a person must be a member for 3 months and have 50, 75, or 100 posts before being allowed into the classified section.
