I believe that this forum serves many people in many ways. However, there is a group who has no real interest in participating in the forum except for the classifieds. Fugate was and is not the only one. It is my opinion that a person should have a minimum of 50 non classified type posts before one can post or buy on the classifieds of the forum. They should also have a minimum of 50 non classified type posts in order to access the profile features.

It is also my opinion that this requirement should be retroactive, regardless of how long someone has been a member or how many lists and posts someone has had on the classifieds. This will have a dual purpose of prevention of the Fugate type abuse and will also promote participation on the forum.
