When an ad from the back pages gets a reply that ad goes back on the first page. What happens if there is an ad from the seller already on the front page?

If a moderator sees them, or if someone uses the "report post" icon, most likely both posts will be deleted. That's why they insist that all of a seller's items be consolidated into one post.

If what you say is true, then the system should get fixed.
Example:
I put an ad on today.
The buyer of an item that was put on two months ago writes he likes the item..
That message and ad goes back on the front page .
Why should my ad that I put on today get bumped?

Given that you post quite a lot of WTS ads on this, and many other forums, perhaps the way to prevent an old ad from reappearing on the front page is to delete your ads once the item sells. I know that the forum staff prefers that you leave your ad intact, but that seems to be the only alternative short of just using one post and adding to it every time that you have another item to sell.

If another poster has answered your ad, you can not delete it.

Then email parabellum, SmithNut, or Victor Louis and ask them to delete it.
