Most forums I belong to it is quite simple to "paste" an item cut from another area, forum or applocation such as Word. this also includes picturs from a personal photo album.
Why is this not possible, or better yet, why is it so difficult in this forum?

On all the forums I've used so far, the ability to cut and paste pictures into a thread doesn't exist. They typically require photo hosting sites like photobucket, same as this forum does.

OMG, now I feel so outdated and out of touch with technology. Frowner Roll Eyes

All but one of the forums I belong to also requires the use of another hosting site, no uploads allowed.

I, as you also do, make a choice as to which forum I visit. If I didn't like it I wouldn't spend my time here. I come here for the good S&W info and exposure to the interesting people with similar and sometimes dissimilar interests. Kevin

I think this forum has an easy process for posting graphics, etc. Simply copy the "properties" then click a button. Paste "properties" and you're ready to go.

One forum I visit I have to use html code. It's kind of a nuisance.

Seems pretty simple to me. I've never seen a forum that lets you directly upload pics, and for security reasons I wouldn't want to do it that way anyway.
