Just bought 1000 rounds 7.62x39. No problems and very fast shipping.

I've purchased from them on 3 occasions with no problems at all. Good ammo at good prices.

Ammoman is most well know for his lack of "tact" when it comes to customer complaints.

He was banned from AR15 after selling Vietnam bring home guns that were actually stamped as imports.

With that said ammoman is not a fly by night company. He has been in business for a long time and has many satisfied customers.

They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq . Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it has worked for over 200 years, and we are not using it anymore.

Last time I ordered from them I got my shipping confirmation just six minutes after the order was confirmed! I needed several cases of some out-of-production ammo so I called first to confirm available stock, and he was very professional and helpful. It was great service in every way.

Last ammo I ordered was from these folks, had it in under two weeks and shipping was free.

I have made at least three purchases of 1,000 rounds and all were shipped promptly and exactly as described. His prices are usually the best.

My best friend has bought a lot of 7.62x39 ammo from him. Good ammo and good prices. I would buy from the guy if I needed something he had.

I experienced lousy customer service, but maybe he prefers internet orders Vs. retail. Really aweful.

His retail hours are sketchy at best from what I have experienced.

Have placed a number of orders and have always been quite pleased however, as with any purchase, shop around.

Ammoman includes shipping in the price. On a few occasions I have found the same ammo at a slightly higher price but the actual shipping was lower by enough that the total price was less.

It really depends on where you are located as to whether or not it's a good deal.

The only negatives I have heard have involved firearms sales and those seem to center around misrepresentation of condition or pedigree.

I've been buying from Eric for years. He knows his return customers and treats them right. He also has no time for whiners and will drop them like a lead balloon, thus the naysayers out there who were kicked to the curb.

He was rather short with me also. I called him about some advertised prices in the shotgun news; because the prices just seemed too good to be true. They were, but that wasn't the problem. He started bitching to me about how could he possibly sell for such a low prices and there had been price increases, ect. ect. I don't need the b.s., my business goes to wiedners.

I've made a couple of purchases. They have some VERY good prices on certain cartridges from time to time. Just check closely through the online catalog and you might find something that's just right. Shipping charges are reasonable, which in itself is something hard to find. And the service has been good.

I'll continue to buy there.
