I had some money to waste and looked around the local gun store the other day. Nothing seemed to turn me on. Then I got to thinking with the price of ammo new guns are not needed anyway, what good are they if you ain't got nothing to shoot in them. Since I have a 19, 2 28's and 4 .45 1911's of various mfg what else do I need. So I ordered 1000 Fed. .357 158gn jsp and 1000 Fed .45 230 gn ball from Ammoman (hope they are legit). Looks like the days of $10.00 a box .45's are gone forever.
Since I don't shoot comptitivly or practise too much this should last me the rest of my life, with what I already have on hand.

Sir, good on ya. It's all too easy to get wrapped up in buying bunches of guns and then realize that you can't afford to shoot any of them. Frowner

BTW, ammoman.com has a very good reputation.

Hope this helps, and Semper Fi.

The buying frenzy has continued. Got a flyer from Midway and bought a case of Win. 12 ga 00 buckshot. Some kind of military over run they say. Since I have 3 870's it seemed like a good idea.
