Good day everyone,
Does it make a difference in accuracy? If I want to shoot mostly .38 Special rounds because of an indoor range, but would like the option of having an occasional .357 Magnum. ..........Is a .38 Special just as accurate in: A) A revolver that shoots/is designed for .38 Special only. B) A .357 Magnum revolver shooting .38 Specials. Thanks everyone. |

It's going to depend on the gun.
That said, I've shot a lot of .38s from various .357s, and some from a .357 Maximum Contender. They all seemed pretty accurate to me. I used them for plinking, small game hunting, and some match shooting without complaint. "Never part with your weapons when you are in the field. You never know when, on some lengthy plain, you may suddenly need your spear." From the Norse book of wisdom, The Havamal. |

Yes, most people can't tell the difference.
