I recently got a box of this stuff for cheap, it says on the box .38Spl (MS) 158gr lead then in red POLICE and W38SPD. it is the old Winchester yellow box.
it doesn't appear to be +p
i was thinking to shoot it off today as i am going to the range and am a little short on ammo, anyhow i will hold off on that as it may make a nice accessory for a display sometime.
any thoughts?
