Does anyone know of a company that produced a copper coated 38 and 357 ammo. I am looking for a completed round not just the bullet. New or remanufactured. Thanks

These were pre-war and had large primers. Western.

"Lubaloy" is a Winchester trademark. The bullets were no more than lead with a quite thin copper plate or wash and the a wax lubricant coating. The benefits of these bullets were purely cosmetic, in spite of the advertising hype. They lead just as bad as other factory lead bullet loads, and the velocity was usually in the sub 750 fps range, hardly spectacular.

Why are you wanting them?

I have some by Winchester and by Super Vel, who referred to theirs as "SWC Kooper Kote". Speer Lawman has a 158 grain .38 Special +P in TMJ, I am not sure if they offer it in .357. Check with Speer and they probably have what you need.
