Check www.mastercast.net. I have fired over five thousand of their reloads with no problems. I am shooting their 148gr DEWC load now, and am very satisfied with it. Mastercast is inexpensive, reliable and prompt -- unlike another reloading service I have tried. You can really save money if you send them your brass in exchange. I send them a thousand cases by USPS Priority Mail. Costs eight bucks and change. Any other way I know of costs more than twenty.

I haven't reloaded in .38 Spl. in a long time, however, somewhere along the way I discovered that about the most accurate load was 148 gr. wadcutters under a light load of a fast powder, i.e. Bullseye or WW231. I think WW231 was the last I used and the results were out standing.
