Just as in a snub nose .38 I would suggest using Speer Short Barrel ammo. They have a short barrel 124gr 9mm +p round, Part #23611. As you probably know the short barrel bullets made by Speer are designed to expand at lower velocities associated with short barrel revolvers/pistols.
