After receiving the Model 67 below, I noticed the serial number on the box DOES NOT match the gun. I emailed Michael (mmhoium) and here is his response after several emails.
"I don't get on this site as often as I would like, so sorry for the slow reply.
The box is the original one that came with the gun when it was purchased. The store that sold it years ago confirmed to me in their A&D books that the boxes were mixed up when the gun was originally sold. If it had been matching serial numbers, I wouldn't have sold it for $425 shipped - it cost me almost $70 to ship it to you".
I never wrote in the ad that the serial numbers were matching, so I see no reason to contact the Administrator. I'm sorry about the confusion.

I'm selling my Smith 67-no dash, 38 special. I bought it as a "New in Box" but upon receipt I sort of disagreed with the original seller. The condition is EXCELLENT, but I do believe it has been shot/handled. There is a light ring on the cylinder from rotation. I have not fired the gun.
The gun comes in its original box/paperwork with original receipt of sale from the early 1970's. The gun has a low serial number beginning with 5K6XXXX. I'm only selling because I need the money right now.

I will try and add a few more pictures, but if there are certain images that you would like to see, please let me know. The price is $470 shipped to your FFL. Thanks.
