From constant excuses ("I have the flu", "I didn't get your emails", "I can't open your attached files", "My computer is broken", etc.) to extremely poor communication, I must extend robbt a thumbs down rating. Most of us know the frustration of trying to deal with the Tyler T Grip company over the years, and this approaches such a level. I'm sure he is a good person, but robbt needs to tighten up his advert and respond to potential customers in a timely fashion, otherwise more like myself will patronize someone else. I can't beg a vendor to sell me something, nor will I wait ad infinitum for a reply to numerous honest inquiries, only to receive tired excuses.
Caveat emptor.
