My Winchester 1892 take-down. SHH. Don't tell Gizamo!
In the late 50's my dad traded a Luger for this 92 Winchester 44-40. Lots of honest wear, it's choke full of custom features. Take-down, pistol grip with cap, folding rear sight, tang sight, shotgun butt and round barrel. It has a tiny cattle brand in the stock. He gave it to me ten years ago. I then gave him a S&W 3913 which he gave back to me about three years ago. I gave that to my son when he was dicharged from the Marines. My dad's gone now and this rifle is the one I remember all my life. In family photos you can see it back their in the gun rack. Thanks, Gizamo for showing us your great rifles. Sorry for the ****** phone pic. but you get the idea of the rifle.

This rifle always had a bulge in the barrel. None the less I used it (no lectures about safety, gang) to win a small Cowboy shoot in 80's. It doesn't get shot anymore, but I'd shoot it. But I also have afour digit 03 Springfield that's said to be dangerous to fire and I used to shoot it all the time. This rifle with that shotgun butt is one that feels just right when you have it against your shoulder.
