ruger or colt equivalent to this forum?
Howdy all,
We are very fortunate to have this forum to connect with others who like (OK, love) Smith&Wesson. The guns, not necessarily to company.... anyway it is a great way to find all things S&W. In my younger days, I have to admit I bought some Ruger and Colt products. Nowadays Im cleaning out the gun rooms and have guns, old boxes, screwdrivers, magazines, catalogs and doodads from these firms. summary..
is there a colt or ruger forum site similar to this one?

This is the Ruger forum that I prefer.
Oddly, if you post a video link there, it appears automatically as an imbedded item. But I guess that doesn't hurt, and may actually encourage members to watch.
I think the Colt Forum is: www.coltforum.com It's a slow board, and you can't sign-in if you use Hotmail or AT&T e-mail. That means that you can't click on links there to see photos, but some members post photos directly. They have some very knowledgable members.

I only frequent the Ruger forum a few times a year. Unfortunately, not much activity there.

Activity is relatively less on both Ruger forums than it is here, and the Colt forum is slower yet.
But if you have a question, someone will usually find the answer. Those boards are well worth visiting.

Since you posted this in the Lounge section, I assume you also like to participate in the wide variety of subjects covered in that section. If you really like lounges, I would suggest you check out the Lounge section of SIGforum.com --A discussion forum for SIG enthusiasts . The number of posts there are at least double what you see here.

The rugerforum.com is very busy and very good.
The rugerforum.net is just as good but not nearly as busy.
Many of us are on all three. I don't do Colt much these days.
