Since the .357 magnum was not introduced until 1934, if it's a Winchester that was made in 1924 it has been rechambered for the .357 round. That generally negatively impacts it's value on the collector market.
Secondly, we really need a little more info for a value guess. Need to know condition, stock type, condition, barrel length, condition, barrel style, condition, finish, and condition.
Skeeter Skelton talks of getting old Win Mdl 92's rechambered for .357 when he was an active officer. He says they made one very effective weapon and complemented the .357 on his hip, no doubt a 5" Mdl 27. So apparently they were popular for police officers.
