Default Is This Movie Gun a Beretta or a Taurus?

Nicole Eggert - Blown Away

Here's a screencap of Nicole Eggert in, "Blown Away", an erotic thriller in which she wields two Beretta or Taurus pistols. Maybe one of each.

Look at the trigger guard and the rear sight, which I think is the adjustable one on the Taurus PT-99.

Is this gun a Beretta M-92 or a Taurus? Note that the actress has her finger outside the trigger guard. She seems well trained.

Also seen in the movie is a S&W M-28, four-inch barrel, I think. A sherriff's deputy fired it, at a very bad girl. Shotgun was also used, prob. an 870. (Have to watch the movie again to recall.)

You can see much of that movie on, "YouTube", or buy the DVD. The Unrated version is the best, if you want to see all of Nicole.

Remember her as Summer Quinn on, "Baywatch"?

Anyway, I think the gun in her hand is a PT-99 Taurus. What say you?

PT-99 since it appears to be nickel finished. I have one just like, and it was a very well made and totally reliable handgun. Just too darn big, heavy and generally bulky for something firing a pip squeak 9mm though.

I agree - Taurus. Here's a shot with both guns.

I went more by the rear sight, because a nickel finish (in a movie) can be mistaken for Beretta's stainless (Inox) one.

Not sure if Beretta used any nickel finishes on M-92-series guns.

Well, one Corey (Haim) got top billing in this one, and I believe Nicole shows all here, too.

Yeah. This is that very movie!

Actually, she was engaged to the nicer Cory (Haim) then, but they split a few months later, because he was into drugs.

Supposedly, her brief nudity in this film was what caused, "Baywatch" to drop her from their cast. Personally, I think it had more to do with her rivalry with Pam Anderson and both chicks wantng fellow cast member David Charvet, who was dating both ladies, if I recall right.

Anyone got any more good pics of Nicole? Obviously, we need to study her hands carefully to see whether she could use a big gun like the PT-99 well...

I understand that she's gained some weight, and is tryng to lose it on some celebrity reality show.

I've seen better figures, especially legs, and like taller girls, but Nicole used to have one of the most beautiful faces in Hollywood. May still have. And she seems so feminine and sweet, compared to some more PC actresses. I like that.

Here she is on, "Baywatch". Some scenes here with that Canadian girl, Pam Something.

Brad, thanks for the clip. She sure looks good as a mom of two!
