That is an obscure one. Made from about 1964 to 1968 in Conn. Looks like a mutant child of an M3 Greasegun and a Thompson. I think they used M3 mags. A different version was apparently (googled it) made in AZ after 1968 under the name Spitfire. Anecdotal pricing seems to pin the value at somewhere around a grand. I have no idea how many were made in which calibers, but apparently it was possible to convert them between 9mm and .45 via swapping bbls and mags.
