Default Rossi Ladysmith?

I saw one of these for sale on Gunbroker. I didn't know Rossi ever made these. It looks like the older Rossi/Taurus with the wierd grooved cylinder flutes, but the general appearance was just like an old Ladysmith. Seems like if Rossi did it at one time S&W could certainly do it again!

Be carefull concerning older Rossi revolvers. They were not of the best quality.

Oh yes I know. I had one briefly that I won in an auction. I only bought it because it was in a two gun lot with a nice S&W. I believe my old man has sold it.
But that said, it would be nice to see S&W do something similar. I would love to have a newly produced .22 based on the old Ladysmith design. It's such a great old revolver.
