Default 1918 Colt for the A.E.F.

I picked this Colt 1911/1918 a few months ago and wanted to share some pictures with the forum members. This pistol was shipped Jan.3,1918 to the A.E.F., France. The condition is very good for a WWI battle pistol. If this is "out of line", please remove!
Thanks for looking,
Joe

Very nice colt, nice to see one that looks original. I'm 65 and purchased one at 14 years old and still have it. Laws were a lot different back then. Thank you for posting the pics and have a happy and healthy Holiday Season !
