Looking for replacement for Ruger 22/45

I am looking for a replacement for my Ruger 22/45 Lite. I love the gun but the disassembly (and especially reassembly) is becoming difficult for increasingly arthritic hands. My requirements are these:

1) Must be supressor ready.

2) Not a Ruger SR22, not a Walther P22. I already have a S&W MP22 Compact that fills that niche.

3) A dedicated platform, i.e. not a Sig 9MM with a .22LR conversion kit.

4) Not some weird looking abomination like the Beretta U22.

I will hate to give up the 22/45. It is completely reliable, shoots anything. This will be for plinking only. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm quite fond of the Browning Buckmark. Wonderful pistol, superbly accurate and has the 1911 grip angle you're used to. And they do make'em with threaded barrels.
