Default USFA price increase 12/18

Alot of people here admire the US Firearms Mfg. Co SA revolvers.
They have posted a price increase accross the board starting 12/18/10.

Looks like anywhere betw $100 & $200 on all their guns. Increases also to options, grips, ect.
The standard SA goes from $975 to $1150.
U.S. Fire Arms Mfg. Co., Inc. (USFA). Newsletter.

If you're thinkin' about ordering one.....

Actually, if I recall, that was the price some 3 years or so ago. They then lowered it to the present 975. Looks like business is good, or raw materials have skyrocketted.

I'd guess raw materials,,maybe labor costs too. Perhaps the outside services of Casecolor and Blue have increased on top of that.

Puts them in the price range of a decent condition 2nd generation Colt,,definetly a 3rd.
