Badkarma, no, "Papa" Nambu's were a different model.

The T-14 pistols had a number of features that might be considered "disadvantageous" in a main service sidearm, but it does have one unique advantage. It is the only service semiauto with a safe 2 pound trigger, to my knowledge. It's a very accurate gun.
