Question charter arms revolver cylinder latch

Dear Smith and Wesson Forum, i have a question about the cylinder latch on charter arms revolvers how is the cylinder latch operated on a charter arms revolver? do you push foward on it like a s&w revolver? or do you pull back on it like a colt revolver? any and all help in answering this question would be greatly appreciated sincerely and respectfully mg357 a proud member of the Smith and Wesson Forum.

It pushes forward like a Smith. Or you can pull the ejector rod forward and open the cylinder.

They push forward but unlike a smith they are hard and sloppy.I wouldn't be in a hurry to reload mine, even with a speed loader the rubber grip gets in the way.Other than that there pretty good guns and lock up tight.I have a Charter 2000 and the ejector rod is shrouded.
