Glock 27 trade for my Sigma?
I'm not sure if this is in the right section, if not, mod's please move it to the appropriate area.
Anyway, I've got my Sigma listed as up for trade on my local classifieds, it's a SW9V, not VE. It comes with a 17 round mag, 16 round mag, and two ten round mags, as well as mag pouches and a really ****** holster. I just got an offer for a Glock 27 ( Handguns - ksl.com Classifieds for Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming 27 ) that's the link, and he wants me to add $70. My question for you guys, is this a good trade? I know nothing about handguns. My Sigma is my first one...

Glock for a Sigma........let me think......... Heck yea. The Glock 27 is a 40 S&W subcompact with a 9 round capacity. Don't how much experience you have, felt recoil from the 27 is going to be more snappy. But it is a good shooter, reliable and concealable - good for carry. A used 27 with 2 mags will go for around $400. So if your Sigma and associated gear + the $70 equals $400 it might be a good deal. Just my thoughts. Good luck.

Pretty much what I was thinking. I just wanted some more experienced shooters to confirm my thoughts on it.
Thanks!

Look into A&G grip extenders for use with G23 magazines in your new G27

The Glock is worth more than your gun...so if you did not like the recoil of the .40 you could sell/ trade it easily.
Peace

This may be blasphemy on a S&W forum but I wouldn't swap my 27 for 2 sigmas.

I'd take the Glock too, then sell it to a Glock fan, then use the money to buy a 3rd Gen S&W or an M&P.
