Default Colt grips vs. S&W grips

While digging out some old RCBS dies I ran across a set of factory Colt grips off of a Lawman MK III I had 20 some odd years ago.

Without getting too involved if I try to sell or trade these how close would they get me too a set of period correct grips for my 1950 K38 Target Masterpiece?

They are not new but in very good condition.
