I`ve got one. A Remington 700 BDL in .17 Remington. But I admit I don`t shoot it much.
It is very accurate, if the gun is clean.
It will cloverleaf 3 round groups at 100 yards off of a sandbag, if it is good and clean.
For some reason, after 15 or 20 rounds the groups will open up considerably. But give the barrel a good swabbing and it will go right back to very small groups.
Not sure exactly the cause, but that seems to be the way it works with this rifle. Only .17 Remington I`ve ever shot, so I don`t know if this is common with this caliber or not.
