My latest purchase is a Chilean Model of 1912 in 7mm mauser, with bayonet. Long wanted a 7mm mauser but most 1895's have less than stellar bores. The bore on this rifle is fantastic literally shines. Bolt is matching to itself but in the same "A" block as the rifle. Had it apart and only found one rust spot and a little piece of the 3M green pad cleaned it away. Bluing is really nice and like the bare steel looks of the action. Have have some Hansen Cartridge 7mm mauser ball to try her out with. Frank

I bought a Advantage Arms .22 LR conversion kit for my Glock 29. Unlike the AA kit I owned for my Glock 26's, this kit actually works.

Manurhin MR 88 .357 with additional cylinder in 9mm Luger in March 16
Very accurate with .357, not to bad with Swiss-Army 9mm Luger.
..and now in April a new original frontsight directly from the manufacturer in France, 'cause the preowner grinded the Partridge-shaped to a target-shaped frontsight.
No picture allowed because of the unpredictable reactions of "one" member.
Sorry guys, but don't blame me for it!

Colt/Clark Long Heavy Slide .45
I have recently acquired this. Seldom seen in my parts and very lightly used by previous owner. Dates to 1978.

That is the first series of production of Korth revolvers, chambered in .38 Special and made in 1964. It does not have the same double action bearing that Korth introduced in 1969 but is extremely well finished.
Despite its odd looks, probably inspired by Röhm, it shoots pretty well, much better and more pleasant than I had expected.

I'm paying $500....Can't find this exact model anywhere on 'Net. Is it a $500 gun? I originally bought it new at Sprague's Gun's in Yuma, Az, 1984....made Post 1980?

Latest pistol was I bought the wife a Glock 43 with laser sight as a bedroom gun (matches her carry gun). Also bought Pearce mag extensions, Tac Rack slide end (with small wings), Pearce filler plug for it.
While I was at it, I bought a drop-in 357 Sig barrel for my Glock 22. I fell in love==great caliber, better accuracy than the 40 S & W. Like it so much, I have a 357 Sig barrel on its way for my EDC (Glock 27). That must be my latest purchase, I guess.

Ahrends K/L frame Combats for my 2.5 inch Md 686. I hated the S&W Combats because the finger grooves didn't come close to working for my fingers. The Ahrends are perfect. Found them here on the forum. Thanks S&W Fan.

I don't know if I am the only one but when I buy any gun model, I usually buy 3 each. I own practically every pocket and compact 9mm you can have. I recently bought 3 Gen4 Glock 30's. Love this gun and great for CCW.

A week ago today, I found a beautiful 1982 vintage model 63 in a local gun shop. Whoever owned it before took great care of it. It set me back $750 but I've been looking for a decent kit gun for a long time so I jumped. Only problem, being from CA, I can pick it up until this Saturday (10 day wait). If I knew of an easy way to post pictures on this forum I would, any help out there?

I've been to a few shows since my last 'find' posted here, but with little to show for it. Seems the pickins' is getting pretty slim lately unless I wanted a flashlite, jerky or maybe some surplus socks. 22ammo seems to be going back up again.
About all I came back with are a couple of K frame holsters, one hip one shoulder and an old but good condition CH 'Champion' single stage press with a couple extra rams and a box of accessorys.
Included the sm&lg primer arms and a home-made 50cal what-something sizer die.
The press was $15 and I have a couple more of the rams,,each has the shell holder machined in the end. So you need a ram for each 'shell holder. Many of the old presses were like that. I'm covered for 38/347, 45/30-06, 222 and a couple others.
Something else to set under the bench and convince myself it was a good day at the show.
Still haven't shot the rifle I bought and posted the last time.

My wife and I picked these up in the last few days.
Her, a High Standard R-101, Sentinel, nine shot 22 LR with a 2 1/2" or so barrel. Made in the late 50's apparently, I found in interesting in that the color indicates to me that High Standard was thinking even back then of that female market we see so much of today.
Then I picked up this early Charter Arms 44 (Special) Bulldog. It's a Bridgeport, Conn. made gun so it's probably pretty early in the Bulldog history. Seems to be in good shape, and mechanically sound. The grips are a little large, but it will never see any kind of concealed carry duty. It's going to be a range toy for me. I've already got special brass, and bullets for it.

I ordered two 33-round factory Glock stick magazines and a 17-rounder for my new Kel Tec Sub-2000 from Midway USA. Since they are being shipped by UPS Mail Innovations, the ****** UPS/USPS collaboration, I may receive them by the 4th of July!!!
I also got a Bolt Tube Cover for the same gun. I ordered it Saturday and got it, with free shipping, on Monday!! Now that is great service.

Just bought a new RCBS hand priming tool, Looks pfety nice but haven't used it yet. Easier to use than the old one which was over 15 yeas old and falling apart. I also deep 6'd a Lee priming tool that was also giving me trouble, and had a grey beard from age.
