Default Colt AR15 A2 Carry Handle Scope Scope

In the early 90s, I bought a used original Colt A2 carry handle 5X scope.

I stuck it in a box and forgot about it.

I recently found it and the adjustment knobs are stuck.

the exposed threads have some type of goo.

Anyone know who I can send it to for a clean up and fix?

this is what mine looks like...
