For whom it may concern...

Taurus had a second chance to fix it. I got it back a couple weeks ago. The result is as ridiculous as it gets; the turn line on the cylinder was painted over and the grip pin hole was untouched.

Also, on the service order I can read comments made by an employee stating that a turn line on the cylinder is normal as well as rust on the frame around the grip.

I'm fed up and I don't want to do anymore business with such companies.

I sent an email to the supervisor I was in contact with. Not sure if I can/want to share it here. But she gave me a call saying that this email went higher up. She probably meant file 13.

I'm getting rid of that product, don't want it anymore. Auction only with ~5hrs to go.

Done with that. I know I'm not getting my money back but I hate wasting my time dealing with ignorant people.
