rare winchester mentioned in the local paper
some punk stole a tractor with a bush hog on it and when deputies tried to stop him he shot at them with a double barreled Winchester pump shotgun. I'm going to call the sheriff tomorrow and see if I can come take pictures of it. got to love these reporters. lee

Oh, they're real all right. Here's a picture of one. When you absolutely, positively, have to blow away everything in sight!

A tractor with bush hog in tow would not be my first choice of getaway vehicle.

I don't care what you say, its not nearly as scary as a double barrel automatic shotgun.

Anyone know where I can get one of these Remchesters? The neighbors' cat has a bad disposition and likes to back up to things on my porch. Any help will be beneficial(except to the cat).

I guess I'm just old fashioned. I'll stick with my double-barreled lever actions.

This journalistic gem doesn't approach the Huffington Post reporter who, while covering the Ferguson situation in August, inquired as to whether foam ear plugs were rubber bullets.
The current mainstream media aren't exactly Woodward & Bernstein.

Try putting a few cactus plants on your porch. You know, the kind with real long barbed spines.
Then cover it in catnip.
