I've heard a suppressed .22 rifle fired, sounds like an pellet gun. How quiet are the pistols? Cool looking guns, Larry

I shoot suppressed almost every day. The house has a LONG hallway on one side. At the far end sit a few phone books. The neighbors never know.
I built my first 22 can many years ago. Waiting on a Form 1 for a compact 22 can I want to make. It won't be as quiet as the long one and it will not be able to work on the 22 SMG, but it will be fine on the pistols.
I am working on building an integrally suppressed Bolt Action in 300Blackout right now
I just had another Form 1 approved for an integrally suppressed 9MM AR upper.
I do not build my own cans for centerfire handgun since I have not studied how to make a decoupler (LID, Booster, Neilson device) yet

My wife shooting an M&P 22 Compact with a Gemtech Outback II-D. It was her first time shooting in maybe 15 years, put them all in the 10 ring at 20'.

I have a early 80's MAC-10 9mm can, I put it on a number of guns. on the AR-15 in 223, it sounds something like 22 LR. With the 22 adapter and sub-sonic 22's it sounds like a dry fire... snap/ding, snap/ding, snap/ding. When I had the full auto MAC-10, with sub-sonic loads you heard the bolt sliding and the empties rustling in the grass, birds chirping and the impact (on steel plates it sounded like a school bell!). I have Black Hills full power load, 50 gr A-max load. That when I get the harmonics adjusted right, it holds 1" at 234 yards (at Raynar's Range) for 5 shots. The 22's are not that good at 100 yards! The MAC-10 would hold about 8" for 32 rounds fired in bursts at 100 yards.

At the very least, speed up the waiting time. It seems like forever, but I still have to about May to get to play with my Outback IID.

22/45, M&P 15-22p, 77/22TB - no can on it here (just plain silent), but its next to my suppressed 77/357 and my vicious portly pug Pugslie.

I tried shooting in my basement once. The smoke detectors went crazy.

My first is still waiting approval, shouldn't be too much longer I hope. I have a feelings it could lead to buying another and another!

True. Started with .22, next 5.56, then 9mm for UZI SMG, then 9mm for pistol... now NEED .30 cal. for 8" 300BLK upper on M16. It seems to never end.

I have an AAC 762-SDN-6 for mine.
Comes with a nice case too!
And it serves double duty on the 5.56 upper too!

Weblance, nice collection, did you have the 10/22 deluxe (last pic) threaded or are you using an adapter?
