TOOK AN OLD GAL OUT FOR A DAY AT THE RANGE
I have not shot my Colt Model M 1903 .32 acp in quite a while so I decided today was the day. Here's one of the targets with 24 rounds in it from 15 yards. I forgot exactly when it was made, but I do believe it was sometime in the late 1920's or early 1930's. I have it written down somewhere but am too lazy to look now.
I also have the same gun (model 1908) in .380 acp and one in .25 acp as well. I just love these little Colts and still can't get over just how accurate they are and what a terrific trigger they have. These were built right!

Freestanding or rested? Either way, you can't complain about the accuracy. I have a FEG improved PP clone in 32 and it is also very accurate.

These were the later ones-- earlier ones did not have the medallion in the stock, logo was molded in and the word COLT -- great little pieces--

That is some good shooting. Looks very similar to my TT-33.

Colt Model M 1903 is a great pistol. If you have never held one you need to do yourself a favor and shake hands with one. If Colt had a brain they would make them again. IMHO one of the best handling and carrying pistols made. Cool piece.

Free-standing. I never shoot bench resting unless I am sighting in a new Scope on a Rifle.

My dad has one of those. Finish is worn right off and I can't hit much with it. He loves it. He did Buy a Tomcat to upgrade. Still has the old colt.
