Default Kimber Solo

Just returned from the range. First time out with my new Kimber Solo DC and as they say on Duck Commander, "Happy, Happy, Happy"!!! The Solo ate four different types & brands of ammo without a problem of any kind. I was pleased & impressed this its accuracy. Two inch groups at seven yards were easy. This little gem will now be my every day carry.

I never shot one before, but it looks & feels like a solid quality made pistol. A little pricey tho. Good choice

Mine was ridiculously accurate for such a small gun, but eventually I decided I'd rather carry something a bit bigger.

Just don't make my mistake and get any goop in the striker channel!

My Solo has done very well for me. I haven't found it too be as particular about ammunition as one could be led to believe when he reads the manual, and though the trigger action is "odd," at least it is something one can work with. The magazines appear to be good quality and I like it that they don't include a bulky floorplate so that they lie flat in your pocket. The thumb safety is a huge plus, as far as I am concerned - works positively and is shaped "just right." I haven't found much to complain about. Pricey yes, but a nice little gun.

I really fond of mine.

Great trigger and real sights.

I'm so accurate with it, I even impress myself!
