I also fired a G18 at an Advanced Armorers school at the Glock Smyrna, GA Headquarters. You could shoot as many magazines as you could load up. My thumbs got tired after loading a few of those 33 rounders.
I've fired numerous select-fire weapons, long guns and sub-guns. Some more controllable than others. I was amazed at how controllable the G18 was, considering it is a handgun. It was possible to get off 3-5 round bursts after acclimating to the thing.
