Picked up a CZ SP-01 Tactical 9mm tonight
Everyone must have been home tonight watching the President on CNN. My LGS was empty at 8pm
Walked in with no intention to buy anything.....anyone else ever do that??
Saw the CZ SP-01 Tactical looking at me. These have been as rare as a liberal Democrat in this neck of the woods.
612 bucks with night sights ...I did a double take. Not sure on your area but this is the least expensive I've seen these in person
Didn't even hesitate.....those new agents the President hired must be working already as my background check came back in less than 2 minutes lol
It joins my P-01 at home I'm retiring from the military this weekend, 33 years. This is my retirement present

Congratulations on your retirement. Enjoy it--you've earned it many, many times over in the service of your country.
That's a fine-looking CZ.

That is an excellent price and a great find. I have the same model. It has become my go to 9mm and most respects my go to handgun period. Following the advice of some folks here, I use MecGar mags for spares. They make a 19rd mag that works very well and is just a tad longer than the factory 18rd. The regular 16rd mags work too.
Congrats on your retirement. My wife is retired Navy.

Did the same thing the day after "HIS" speech and EO....
Saw a FEG copy of a Browning Hi Power in the pawn shop for $235.00....just could not pass it up.
Was SO nice to hand the clerk my completed 4473 with my CCW, pay the store and go home. Took almost three minutes.
What a salesman that man on TV is!
Randy
PS. To the OP...CZ's are great handguns! I have 6 of them. Best ergonomic of any handgun on the market today. Sort of like still being able to buy 3rd Gen Smiths with a different logo on the slide!

Congrats on the CZ and your retirement; and thanks for serving your country. I have two CZs; a 75B and a 83. Predict you will love the CZ.
Stay safe.

Full length dust cover with rail, front slide serrations, extended mags, night sights, front and rear strap checkering, ambi-decocker, full length recoil spring rod, beveled mag well opening, enhanced coating.
