Yes, this is a real one. It appears to be an older one (slide stampings and rowel hammer). It also looks to be refinished and it has a later set of plastic stocks on it.

Interesting discussion as to who its father was, but the OP bought his about 3 1/2 months ago. Thread drift!

It is actually a FEG fake. In another thread he shows the other side of the pistol which has a non FN serial number.

No 15+1 is correct. The original Saive mag was 15+1 IIRC. Later Saive reduced it to 13+1 because the pistol was too large and too heavy with the 15+1.
