I have a type 104 H-S Olympic rapid fire pistol, which is one of my favorites. While shooting it yesterday, the rear sight blade broke off just behind the elevation screw. No luck so far in locating a replacement blade anywhere, nor a complete rear sight. Does anyone have any ideas about a possible source? As these are somewhat unusual pistols, and as the rear sight is a fairly complex device, I'm beginning to think I may have a useless pistol.

Have you tried High Standard? Maybe they have something that would work, even if not original.
