Colt Single Action Frontier Scout
I have a Colt Single Action Frontier Scout in my collection, the serial number dates this .22 LR revolver to being manufactured in 1960 and is in very nice condition for 56 years old. I've been doing some reading up on these and apparently Colt made the barrels on the Python machinery and they were quite accurate.

Beautiful revolver, and probably pretty rare these days. I had one back
in the mid 60s and I can't even remember now whether I sold it or
traded it. We look back 50 yrs with today's perspective but back then
it was just one of the many 22 handguns on the market.

I traded that exact gun in nickel with walnut grips to my brother, along with the 22mag cylinder it came with, same age, my dad bought when it was new. Great little plinker.
