Default Made a knife from a saw blade

Tinkering in the shop waiting of glues to setup on another project and made a Roach Belly knife from an old saw blade.

A hacksaw blade? Ought to be able to fillet the glue off the back of a stamp with that little thing. I like it!

Nice.........I used to make knives from old cross cut saws.....Still have several about 5 ft. long..........A small knife like you made is great to undress a deer......Those guys with the foot long pig stickers are neotypes.

Cool. Growing up, we had a couple of butcher knives that my grandfather had made from saw blades. Very utilitarian, but very useful.

It's a convex grind, great for chopping.

Very nice - maybe the next one will be from an old file? Makes me think I am logged into bladeforums dot com rather than this site. Seriously, good job!

Very plain, yet elegant at the same time. Looking at the handle makes me want to pick it up and feel it in my hand. Looks good enough to admire, yet no so much that I would be afraid to use it. A fine blade by all counts.
