This was with 14x scope to see if it liked the cheap 80 gr or the cheap 100 gr. Federal blue box.
Next step is to sight it in with a 3x Leupold M8

Not bad with an RSI. Never shot a No1 with a full stock but other Mannlicher stocked I've shot weren't tack drivers.
It isn't a No.1 but my Ruger M77 .243 really likes the Federal Premium 100 grn. Nosler Partition best of all the factory ammo I've tried. Where 1-1 1/4 in. is average with most factory 100 grain loads. The Federal 100 grin. NP drop to 1/2 to 3/4in. I've never had much luck with that gun with light slugs below 90 grains.
Downside is the new Federal loads are moly coated. They are a pain in the neck to clean up after but the do shoot great in my Ruger.
