Beretta Customer service
I am appreciative of Beretta's customer service.
They came through and provided me with a new recoil spring for my Nano.
Thought I'd share.

I had a new 303 blow up new out of the box, they had me a new one in 7 Days.
But then so did Ruger when I bought a new #1 with Salt Wood and replaced the front half on a 20 guage O/U that was not working correctly, cocking and ejecting. It was back super quick.
I too appreciate a company that stands behind their product.

I always had very good service from Berretta USA. I had a Model 76 (22LR target pistol) that shaved lead, went back 3 times for same problem. Never fixed! (the Italian home office wouldn't let them replace the barrels!) (BAD DESIGN!)
But on the 3 shotguns (686 Silver Pidgon-28 gauge; 12 gauge 390 Golden Sporting; & 391 Urika Sporting) and the Tomcat 3032, they have been great.
Their CS policy is, 'If it says Berretta on it, they will fix it! Not necessarily for free!' but who else will work on their own products from over a 100 years ago. If you buy Ernest Hemmingway's SO2 from they 1930's they will make all new springs for it (if not already in stock) and stand behind all their repairs! They have a CS in the North East US that works on any shotgun they ever made, they ship to him from Europe on old SxS's and O/U's!

Never had a Beretta but I have used CS twice for two manufacturers.
1st was Para Ordnance back 10 years ago or so. The Warthog wouldn't eject a love round by hand. I had bought the gun used. Took it to the LGS and they took care of whatever so that it didn't cost me a dime. Para Ordnance took a long time. A few months for sure. It wasn't my go to gun so I didn't really care, I was more worried that it got lost in the shuffle. Sitting under a pile of something completely forgotten and misplaced and I'd be out of the money I spent. I got it back fixed and ended up selling it for something else.
2nd time was with Glock. This wasn't a problem with the gun or function. I had bought a used G21 45acp full size and sent it in for some upgrades. Within a few days of sending it in I got a call from Glock stating that they found some minor rust freckling on the inside of the slide and if this gun had no emotional attachment they were going to send me a new one. Approximately 2 weeks later, maybe less, I received a new G21 with new night sights and 5 extra 13rd mags. All free of charge. My only cost was shipping to them. No questions were asked as to number of owners or where it was used/left in order for the few rust freckles to appear
