I first heard about these over a year ago. Has anybody actually seen one for sale? I haven't.
If someone does have one, how about a range report please.

I have the Ruger 10/22 version of the carbine. Typical 10/22-near perfect! No jams, accurate (Minute of jackrabbit at 50 yards).

For the M1-22 here is a sample of my trips. I have just two ten round magazines and our range is 25 yards.

If I could see the target at 25 yards I know I would do better.

Here is the M1 Carbine at the same range.

different target

The M1 carbine I can understand. The Garand and M14 just seem awfully big, heavy and unwieldy for .22 rifles, when the M1 Garand can be had in its original caliber.

Call me dense, but I don't get the concept. But then I didn't see the point of the Stoeger .22LR Luger either.
