Smith & Wesson MP6 M&P Tactical Flashlight

Ok, I admit that I don't know much about the technicalities of flash lights. Local guy has a few of these NIB for sale at a good price. I can't find much info on these on the net. Is this a discontinued model? Who actually makes them and are they any good?
