I haven't had a Colt in the safe for a long time. This might tempt me to change that.

Oh, that's just great, just bought their new Lightweight Commander a few months ago. I do have a pre 80 series Combat Commander in satin nickel, but it will not match up well with Colts new mat finish. Will it never end, my checkbook is not happy with me!

Thank God they don't offer it in .38 Super.
Thanks, Colt, you saved me $900.

Well, with bankruptcy......
....they decided on a sure winner. Maybe they can return to the civilian market that they had thrown under the bus for many years.

I'd love to slide that into the safe next to my vintage, satin nickel Combat Commander. Looks like they've done just about everything to it that I'd want to do to a Combat Commander.

HAHAHA! That's my feeling too! My next Colt (I own 5) is definitely in 38 super. That way I have an excuse to hand load for my 11th caliber type.

I'm a blued guy too. Shiny draws attention.

I know the feeling, I bought a new Lightweight Commander also, along with one of the Wiley Clapp CCO, a few months ago also.

Wonder if they will consider the LH market and provide their products for us lefties without having to go aftermarket?
Other manufacturers seem to have considered that market!
