Default Randall Knife

I received this knife the other day. I have been interested in Randall Knives. I am not sure of the age/style/etc... It also has a name engraved on the blade. Take a look at the pictures. Thanks for your help.

Looks like a well used, older, Model 15 Airman. They sell new for about $400. I'm no expert, though (although I do own a Model 15 that looks a lot like yours). Lots can be told about the age of the knife by the sheath, if original to the knife, but I'm not the one to ask.

Edit: I get confused between the 14 and the 15 regularly. The 14 has a longer blade. Like I said, I'm no expert, I just buy real expensive knives . . .

That sheath maybe what is referred as a
"Johnson Roughback".
I see no Randall marking on the snaps.

The knife is from the post late '70's (post Vietnam). It's a Model 15 about a 5.5" blade with saw teeth. The lined thong hole identifies it as post late 70's as that is when Randall started lining the thong holes. The sheath is a Johnson Rough back sheath. Johnson Sheathery contracted all the sheaths for Randall at the time and had been doing them for years.
