...unless you can disarm your adversary. (Like Limehouse and Quarles in Justified.)



I saw this enhanced Old Hickory 14" butcher knife on the Baryonyx website. In person, it looks even more like Limehouse's BBQ knife, and comes hair-shaving sharp. Until I get some pigs, or an albino intruder, it will just be applied to weeds and brush around the homestead.

That's an awesome butcher knife. A 14 inch blade makes for an impressive piece of cutlery and Old Hickory made great stuff right here in the USA!

Here's a 14" pre-WWII Henckel's carbon steel Chef's knife. Ours would make Jason turn tail and run like a little girl!
