Default star model B

I have one of these that I brought back from Germany in 1977, and it has been carried in a tractor tool box just about ever since, and it show's it

so this one came by the other day, an for $200 I added it to the collection

its a 1945 gun and is in decent condition for a 72 year old pistol

ran a full box of Silver Bear 115 FMJ and a couple mags of the hornady 124 +p XTP s threw it without any problems

I like Star, I think the quality is evident.

And I hope I look that good when I'm 72!

I've been on the prowl for a decent Model B. I'd 've jumped all over that pup for 2 bills.

They're going for more around here.

The Model B is what got me thinking of getting a 1911 in 9mm. Mine was quite fun to shoot except for the cheese grater serrations on the back strap.
